Vicky Mellady serves as Firm Administrator at Financial Enhancement Group. Her role bridges people, processes, and culture, helping keep the firm running smoothly while supporting teammates, leadership, office operations, and the overall client experience.
As Firm Administrator, Vicky oversees the firm’s talent strategy, including recruiting, onboarding, employee development, HR compliance, payroll, benefits, and organizational operations. She partners with leadership to support growth, engagement, and consistency across the firm. She also leads and supports Office Coordinators and office operations, helping maintain a high standard of professionalism, client experience, and brand alignment across all locations.
Vicky brings more than four decades of administrative leadership experience, with a career defined by operational excellence, team support, and organizational impact. Before joining FEG, she worked as a legal assistant for an attorney in Lafayette for 16 years. That experience helped build attention to detail, organization, discretion, and professionalism that continues to shape her work today.
At FEG, Vicky focuses on creating an environment where people feel supported, prepared, and connected. From onboarding and development to culture and communication, she helps make sure teammates have what they need to succeed so they can, in turn, take exceptional care of the families FEG serves. She feels most accomplished when she can help teammates grow and thrive while ensuring operations run smoothly.
Vicky is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, SHRM. Outside of work, she and her husband, Shawn, raised their four children in Otterbein, Indiana, before moving to Anderson in 2018. They have five grandchildren and are excited to see their family continue to grow. In the summer, Vicky enjoys time by the pool and in the flower garden. In the winter, she enjoys crocheting and antiquing.
