Vicky serves as a partner and firm administrator with Financial Enhancement Group (FEG) and has been a team member since 2014. Her responsibilities include payroll services, human resources, retaining team members who exhibit FEG core values while providing them with continual training and growth opportunities.
With her 30 years of administrative experience, Vicky oversees the coordination of team benefits, office/building maintenance, and the relationships with outside contractors and vendors. Vicky is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
She and her husband Shawn currently reside in Anderson. They have four children and five grandchildren. They cherish the time spent with family, friends, and their fur-babies.
