Tarna Morris serves as Chief Marketing Officer at Financial Enhancement Group, where she leads the firm’s marketing and communications strategy across brand, content, campaigns, and digital engagement. Her focus is helping more families discover FEG, understand the firm’s family first and fiduciary approach, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Tarna brings more than 25 years of experience in business management and marketing, with a background in brand strategy, communications, digital marketing, growth focused messaging, operations, business development, and asset management. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations clarify their message, strengthen their presence, and connect more meaningfully with the people they serve.
Before joining FEG, Tarna owned a marketing and coaching business focused on acquisition, marketing, and coaching. She also served as Chief Marketing Officer for Genius Network, led high level digital marketing initiatives for Olympus Peak Media, and held senior leadership roles in operations, business development, and asset management with companies including Security Properties Investments and Anton Development Company.
Tarna has held executive and senior leadership roles across marketing, operations, and business development, with a career focused on helping organizations grow, leading high performing teams, and turning ideas into results. She holds an active real estate license and additional professional designations in business management and real estate. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, cheering from the sidelines of her sons’ sporting events, and following Formula 1.
