Tammy Bowman serves as Chief Financial Officer at Financial Enhancement Group, where she focuses on financial processing, reporting, budgeting, billing, projections, and financial analysis. Her work helps keep FEG’s financial operations organized, accurate, and aligned with the firm’s broader goals.
Tammy brings a strong background in management, finance, and human resources, with professional experience dating back to 1991. Before joining FEG, she primarily served as a CFO within long term care organizations. That experience gave her a deep appreciation for the behind-the-scenes work required to support teams that serve people with care, consistency, and professionalism.
At FEG, Tammy enjoys being part of a team with what she describes as a “deep bench.” She values the camaraderie among teammates, the willingness people have to jump in and help, and the shared commitment to serving families well. For Tamara, the reward of her work is knowing that she continues to support a team that is helping people in meaningful ways.
Tammy earned her bachelor’s degree from Anderson University. Outside of work, she and her husband, Phil, enjoy working around the house, golfing, and traveling. They have three sons and daughters in law, growing grandchildren, and a Bernese Mountain Dog who help keep life full and busy.
