Stacy McNeal serves as the Processing Director at Financial Enhancement Group, where she supervises daily processing for the team and reviews account paperwork and transactions for families. Her work helps ensure that important account details, paperwork, and transactions are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care.
Stacy works closely with advisors, teammates, and families during many different stages of the planning relationship. From opening accounts to processing transactions and supporting transitions during life changes, she helps make sure the operational side of financial planning moves smoothly. She also supports teammates through training, workload assistance, and practical problem solving when needed.
Before joining FEG, Stacy worked as a Personal Banker and gained seven years of experience in personal banking, including loan processing. That background gave her a strong foundation in client service, account support, and the importance of accuracy in financial transactions.
What Stacy enjoys most is hearing the meaningful stories that come from serving families well. Whether it is feedback from a family who felt cared for or stories from teammates who were able to help someone in a meaningful way, Stacy values knowing that her work supports something bigger than the paperwork itself.
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys quiet time outdoors, traveling, and spending quality time with family. She believes her work has value not only for herself, but for the people around her, and she is grateful to be part of a team whose work makes a difference.
