Paul Karshner serves as Vice President of the California and Georgia offices at Financial Enhancement Group, where he works as a senior client facing leader focused on family relationships, advisor support, and local market growth. He helps families understand their options, work toward their goals, and feel more confident throughout their financial journey.
Paul began his financial career at U.S. Bank, where he became a Branch Manager and later worked as a financial advisor. That early leadership experience helped him develop a strong foundation in client service, education, and team leadership. He later joined FEG because he wanted to serve families in a fiduciary capacity, with advice centered on their best interests.
At FEG, Paul enjoys getting to know families, learning what matters most to them, and helping them make financial decisions with more clarity. He believes education is a key part of the planning process and values the opportunity to help families feel less overwhelmed and more confident about their future.
In addition to his work with families, Paul supports local office growth in California and Georgia, advisor coaching, community visibility, and educational outreach. He is known for bringing practical guidance, steady leadership, and a service focused mindset to the people he works with.
Paul earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from San Francisco State University. He also holds a life insurance license and is registered as an investment adviser representative in California. Outside of work, Paul and his wife, Lizzie, have three children, Islay, Harrison, and Xander, along with their dog, Rivi. He enjoys spending time with family, golfing, cooking, watching sports, and expanding his culinary skills with Lizzie.
