Monica Ross is a Financial Advisor at Financial Enhancement Group, where she helps families plan for, prepare for, and truly enjoy retirement. She works directly with families to build relationships, understand their goals, and provide financial advice that supports the life they want to create.
Monica brings 20 years of banking experience to her work at FEG. Before joining the firm, she served clients and families in the banking industry, where she developed a strong foundation in financial service, relationship building, and helping people feel more comfortable with important money decisions.
At FEG, Monica values the comprehensive nature of the planning process and the team-based approach used to care for families. She collaborates with teammates to help deliver thoughtful plans and high-quality service. As a family-facing advisor, she has the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and help families gain confidence in areas where they may have once felt uncertain.
Monica is a natural teacher and encourager. In banking, she volunteered at schools to teach children about saving, and today she continues that teaching spirit through conversations with families and teammates. She enjoys creating confidence in people and helping them understand financial decisions in a way that feels approachable and empowering.
Monica studied Business Management at Indiana Wesleyan University and Japanese Communication at IUPUI. She is a member of WIFS and holds the FPQP® designation.
Outside of work, Monica is an Indiana native who has lived in Noblesville for 20 years. She and her family are active in Noblesville schools and soccer. She enjoys gardening, kayaking, fishing, boating, and football.
