Mindie Elsten

Processor

Mindie Elsten serves as a Processor at Financial Enhancement Group, where she assists families and advisors with a wide range of processing tasks on both the front end and back end. Her work helps ensure account openings, funding, maintenance, transfers, and other processing requests are handled with care and accuracy.

Mindie supports the team through many important operational steps, including opening and funding new accounts, account maintenance, transfer of assets from other custodians or firms to FEG, and the processing related requests that happen along the way. She enjoys providing high quality care for families and supporting teammates so that the overall client experience runs smoothly.

Before joining FEG, Mindie gained several years of experience in administrative and customer service roles. She was also a stay-at-home mom for several years before returning to the workforce. In 2017, she connected with Joe Clark, FEG’s Managing Partner by chance at Books & Brew in Indianapolis, a conversation that led to her sending in her resume and eventually joining the FEG team.

Since joining FEG, Mindie has learned a great deal about the financial industry and has come to deeply enjoy working with the firm’s families and teammates. She values being part of a team that supports both excellent work and the real-life needs of the people doing it.

Mindie has been married to her husband, Andy, since 2013. They have two daughters, Skylar and Harper, along with a boxer named Jade and a rabbit named Vesper. After spending the first few years of their marriage in Colorado, they moved back to Indiana and now live in Pendleton, where they enjoy the small town feel while staying close to family and friends. Outside of work, Mindie and her family stay busy with their daughters’ activities, including competitive swimming and other hobbies.
