Jubilee Rayburn serves as Marketing and Event Specialist at Financial Enhancement Group, where she helps execute marketing campaigns and coordinate events that strengthen brand visibility and support growth across FEG’s markets. Her role includes content production, event logistics, project coordination, and helping ensure FEG’s messaging and client experiences are thoughtful, organized, and engaging.
Jubilee’s background is rooted in event coordination, client experience, and marketing operations. That combination of logistics, creativity, and relationship building continues to shape how she approaches her work.
At FEG, Jubilee helps create meaningful touchpoints for FEG's families, prospects, and teammates. She supports marketing initiatives and events from planning through execution, making sure details are handled well and experiences feel intentional. She often says she has the best job at FEG because she gets to create events that bring people together and help love on the team and families FEG serves.
Two experiences Jubilee is especially proud of are leading sustainability initiatives in a previous role and serving for six years as a counselor at Bible Memory Ministries, the Christian summer camp she grew up attending. Her time as a camp counselor was deeply meaningful because it gave her the opportunity to lead, mentor, and invest in others. In her event work, she helped guide more sustainable catering practices by promoting compostable or recyclable utensils and containers, as well as more eco-friendly food options.
Jubilee attended Grace College & Seminary and Anderson University, earning a Bachelor of Science in Facility and Event Management. Outside of work, she and her husband, Zane, live in Anderson, Indiana, with their Australian Shepherd, Dallas. She enjoys spending time outdoors, especially gardening, gathering with friends and family, and relaxing around a campfire.
