Jana Hargett serves as an Office Coordinator at Financial Enhancement Group, supporting advisors, families, and internal teammates in the Indianapolis and Brownsburg offices. She helps coordinate onboarding, follow through on service commitments, organize important details, and improve processes so families receive a thoughtful and dependable experience.
Jana brings more than 20 years of experience across financial services and legal support. Before joining FEG, she worked in several areas including banking, finance companies, a law firm, a title company, and JPMorgan Chase Bank. That broad background gives her a practical understanding of organization, communication, documentation, and client service.
At FEG, Jana enjoys helping families spend less time worrying about financial matters and more time focusing on what matters most to them. She finds deep satisfaction in providing answers, completing work for families, and building relationships over time. For Jana, one of the most meaningful parts of her role is getting to know families well enough to remember what is important in their lives and ask about those things with genuine care.
Jana earned her bachelor’s degree in Family Science and Psychology from Anderson University. That education, combined with her professional experience, supports the way she works with families to organize, plan, and simplify important parts of their financial lives.
Outside of work, Jana and her husband, Mark, have an adult child, Cody, and a dog named Ruby. They live in Greenfield, Indiana. As a family, they enjoy participating in church activities and supporting Cody’s music and sports activities. Jana also enjoys reading, crafts, and volunteering with Operation Christmas Child.
