Financial Advisors in Indiana (and beyond) Dedicated to Your Life After Work™

Hunter Coffin, FPQP®

Financial Advisor

Hunter Coffin serves as a Financial Advisor at Financial Enhancement Group, where he helps families navigate their financial journey with thoughtful planning, personal connection, and ongoing support. Since joining FEG in 2023, Hunter has been focused on building lasting relationships with the families he serves and helping them feel prepared for the financial decisions and life events that come their way.

In his role, Hunter helps build financial plans, participates in family update meetings, and works closely with the processing team to help ensure family requests are completed accurately and efficiently. He also supports lead advisors Dean, Daren, and Sam, helping strengthen the planning experience for families through preparation, follow through, and clear communication.

Hunter enjoys the relationship side of financial planning. Every family has a different story, and he values the opportunity to learn how people arrived where they are today, understand what matters most to them, and help them move forward with confidence. For Hunter, the work is meaningful because it combines planning, problem solving, and genuine connection.
Before joining FEG, Hunter worked in St. Louis selling industrial equipment for Arbon Equipment. After moving back during COVID, he began working for Alter Domus as a Trade Settlement Associate. That role helped him better understand markets while also clarifying the kind of work he wanted to do. Rather than working with hedge funds, Hunter realized he wanted to help individuals and families more directly with their financial journeys.

Hunter earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Purdue University with a concentration in Management. He holds the FPQP® designation and has passed the Series 65 exam. His academic background in economics and his professional experience give him a strong foundation for understanding market dynamics, problem solving, and supporting thoughtful financial decisions.

Outside of work, Hunter is from Lafayette and enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf with friends, and cheering on the Boilermakers at Purdue football and basketball games. He also enjoys relaxing weekends with family and the chance to recharge outside of the office.
