Grant Thompson, CFP®, CKA®

Financial Advisor

Grant Thompson serves as a Financial Advisor at Financial Enhancement Group, where he provides fiduciary guidance and relationship leadership for the families he serves. Since joining FEG in 2022, Grant has supported both current families and business development efforts, helping families make thoughtful financial decisions and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Grant’s work centers on understanding each family’s goals, values, concerns, and opportunities. Through discovery, planning, and ongoing communication, he helps develop and present financial plans, implement recommendations, and coordinates with FEG’s internal specialists so each family receives comprehensive support. He also helps maintain proactive review schedules, documents thoroughly, and supports the firm’s commitment to strong compliance standards and thoughtful client care.

Before joining FEG, Grant began his financial services career at Thrivent Financial in 2020, where he studied for and obtained various securities licenses. He later spent seven months at Charles Schwab as a Client Service Representative before joining the FEG team. These early roles helped him build a strong foundation in financial services, client communication, and the importance of helping people feel informed and supported throughout their financial journey.

Grant earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Anderson University. He became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional in 2023, is a member of the Financial Planning Association, and also holds the Certified Kingdom Advisor® designation, also known as CKA®. As a CKA®, Grant helps families approach financial decisions through the lens of biblical stewardship, aligning their resources with the values, priorities, and purpose that matter most to them.

At FEG, Grant enjoys building relationships with families and helping them connect their financial decisions to the life they want to live. His role also allows him to mentor Support Advisors, contribute to office goals and culture, and help strengthen the team’s ability to serve families well.

Outside of work, Grant enjoys golfing, reading, and working out. He and his wife, Emily, have been married since May 2022. They welcomed their daughter, Eleanor, in October 2023, and their son, Leon, on Easter Sunday in April 2026. Grant treasures time with his family and enjoys the full, meaningful life they are building together.
