Dusty Emmons serves as a Processor at Financial Enhancement Group, where he helps support the operational details that keep family service moving smoothly. Since joining FEG in 2017, Dusty has focused on the behind the scenes work that helps advisors, teammates, and families stay organized, prepared, and supported throughout the planning relationship.
In his role, Dusty helps execute account service requests and documentation with accuracy, speed, and clear communication. His work includes supporting account openings, transfers, distributions, account maintenance, paperwork validation, CRM and custodial system updates, and the resolution of not-in-good-order items. These details may happen behind the scenes, but they are essential to helping families receive timely, accurate service.
Dusty also plays an important role in the logistics behind FEG’s annual Family Updates. These meetings are a meaningful part of the firm’s ongoing relationship with families, and Dusty helps support the coordination and preparation needed to make that process run well. His attention to detail, reliability, and service mindset help create a smoother experience for both the internal team and the families FEG serves.
Dusty earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. He also holds certifications in both Bookkeeping and Payroll Accounting. That background gives him a strong foundation in accuracy, organization, and financial detail, all of which support the work he does each day at FEG.
At FEG, Dusty brings consistency, care, and a practical understanding of how important the operational side of financial planning can be. He values being part of a team that works together to serve families well and takes pride in helping important details move from request to completion.
Outside of work, Dusty is the proud father of three children and has nine grandchildren. He enjoys collecting and reading books, sports, working out, and spending quality time with his family.
