Don serves as a partner and the chief compliance officer with Financial Enhancement Group (FEG). In 1997, he joined forces with Joe Clark to start FEG. Over the years, Don has held every position and done every job at FEG. His primary responsibility is to ensure that FEG operates within Federal and State regulatory laws, as well as within the firm's policies and procedures.
Don started working in public accounting in 1982 at a CPA firm. His passion has always been taxation, so he became an Enrolled Agent with the Treasury Department in 1989. He founded his own accounting and tax firm in 1990, which he scaled and ran until he co-founded FEG. In 2010, he passed the Securities Principal Examination.
Don is the proud father of three children, Adria, Chantz, and Zaria, and is the grandfather of four adorable little girls. When Don is not in the office with his work family, you can find him doing almost anything outside, including hunting, fishing, woodworking, and cars.
