Financial Advisors in Indiana (and beyond) Dedicated to Your Life After Work™

Daren Hardesty, CFP®

Vice President, Anderson

Daren Hardesty serves as Vice President of the Anderson office at Financial Enhancement Group, where he works as a senior client facing leader focused on family relationships, advisor support, and local market growth. He helps families make confident financial decisions while supporting advisor coaching, community visibility, and the execution of the office’s growth strategy.

Before moving into financial planning, Daren spent 12 years in education and coaching. He served in the Greenfield Central and Knightstown school districts, including teaching math at Knightstown High School and coaching varsity baseball. That background continues to shape the way he works today, bringing an educator’s mindset, clear communication, and a coach’s heart to financial planning.

Daren is especially interested in helping families understand estate planning and legacy decisions. He enjoys taking topics that can feel complex or emotional and making them easier to understand. His goal is to help families move forward with clarity, confidence, and a better sense of how their decisions today can support the people and causes they care about in the future.

Daren earned his bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2007 and earned his CFP® certification in 2022. He is also a member of the Financial Planning Association. During his coaching career, he served as Knightstown’s head baseball coach, was twice named District Coach of the Year, and led the team to three sectional and two regional championships.

Daren is married to his wife, Morgan, and they have three children, Bridger, Elliott, and Wesley. They live in Pendleton. Outside of work, Daren enjoys coaching his kids’ teams, spending time with family and friends, and golfing when he gets the chance.
