Cathy Riley serves as an Office Coordinator in Lafayette, Indiana, at Financial Enhancement Group, supporting office growth, culture, and day-to-day operations. Her work helps ensure that the Lafayette and California offices operate smoothly, professionally, and consistently with FEG’s brand, values, and commitment to families.
Cathy supports location leadership, teammates, and families through strong organization, communication, event execution, onboarding support, and attention to detail. She helps create a welcoming and consistent experience for families of FEG and visitors while also supporting the internal team in the many moving pieces that keep an office running well.
Before joining FEG, Cathy built a strong foundation in leadership, accounting, and service. She started part time at Kroger and grew into an Assistant Store Manager role over six years. She later earned her accounting degree and worked as a bookkeeper. At FEG, she also earned her Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation, strengthening her ability to support the planning work being done for families.
Cathy’s calling has always included two themes: helping others and working with finances. She understands that while some people simply do not want to manage financial details on their own, others may not be able to do so without trusted support. That perspective gives her work deep personal meaning and helps shape the care she brings to families and teammates.
Cathy attended Ivy Tech, earned a degree in accounting, and holds the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation. Outside of work, she is married to her husband, David, and has three children. Having lived all over the United States as a military brat, she has planted roots in Lafayette, Indiana, where she has lived for the last 16 years. She enjoys hiking, traveling, fishing, kayaking, and spending quality time outdoors with her family.
