Barbara Clark serves as Executive Assistant at Financial Enhancement Group, where she provides high level administrative, scheduling, and governance support to the Managing Partner. Since officially joining the FEG team in 2020, Barbara has helped support the leadership flow of the firm through organization, communication, confidentiality, and thoughtful follow through.
Although Barbara became an official team member in 2020, she has been connected to FEG since the beginning. Her long history with the firm gives her a unique understanding of its people, culture, values, and the families it serves.
Barbara’s work requires discretion, anticipation, organization, and strong communication. She helps make sure important details are handled well, timelines are protected, and leadership has what they need to stay focused on the firm’s priorities. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but it plays an important role in helping the firm operate with care, consistency, and professionalism.
Before joining FEG officially, Barbara earned her elementary education degree from Ball State University. That background reflects the patience, organization, and people focused nature she brings to her work today. Her ability to support others, manage details, and communicate clearly makes her a steady and trusted presence within the firm.
Outside of work, Barbara enjoys spending time with her husband, Joe, FEG’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner, and their family. Barbara and Joe have been married since 1988 and raised two daughters together. Their family continues to grow with grandchildren and dog they adore beyond measure.
